At the moment the Supplier's delivery times are based on their internal runs. Whilst we do our best to inform customers as much as possible to accommodate delivery time requests this is something to negotiate further with your Supplier.
In order to receive a more precise time of arrival, we recommend calling the Supplier directly via the number on your Order Confirmation email, located under the payment summary section. This will give you access to the Supplier who can contact the driver immediately.
Delivery dates are located within the Foodbomb Dashboard, from here you can see your full order, date, Supplier, and other key information.
We are working very hard with our Engineering Team to have a more accurate delivery feature built. This will allow more accuracy and information about your delivery- Stay tuned!
Please keep in mind that whilst the suppliers do endeavor to meet delivery request times it depends on their run times, staffing, the number of orders received, etc.
