Missing an item from your Foodbomb order? Sorry to hear!
Please refer to your 'Orders' tab for accurate order details and charges.
- A ‘Pending Order’ reflects the items you have selected at check out. From there the delivery request is sent to the Supplier to fulfil.
- Within 24hours of the delivery having been received the Supplier will adjust your order to reflect correct weights, substitutions, or Out Of Stock items. This then converts the status of your order to 'Dispatched’.
- A 'Dispatched' order is the final items received according to the Supplier- this is also shown in your ‘Order Processed’ email. This will show any non- supplied items as '$0.00'
- The original Pre-authorised amount at checkout is returned to you and the final charge is taken. (Pre-auth can take up to 2 days to disappear depending on who you bank with). More information on PreAuth can be found here
