Foodbomb supplier reviews
As a marketplace, Foodbomb encourages venues to leave feedback on their experiences with a Supplier. Each venue on Foodbomb is prompted to leave a review about their supplier experience after they have successfully received their 3rd delivery with that supplier.
How does a venue leave a review?
- The venues are prompted on three key themes- product range, delivery experience and quality.
- All Foodbomb accounts can see feedback left by other venues. This is intentionally left anonymous to customers however you will be able to see which venue left the feedback.
- Foodbomb Support offers first point of resolution for any complaints to avoid negative reviews left on the website.
I received a Foodbomb review, what next?
When a venue leave a review it is instantly made live on the Foodbomb website and awaiting for your response.
Foodbomb recommends taking the time to reply to your customers reviews. Whether it's good or bad, feedback is good for business, so let your customers know that you're listening to them. This will also show potential venues that you are am engaged Supplier.
- When a review is left you are notified via email to view and respond click 'Read Review'
- You will be taken to the Reviews section of your Foodbomb account. You can also find this by selecting your Supplier Name and then 'Reviews'
- Click 'view' to select the review you wish to respond to.
- Reply within the widget and use our helpful prompts
- Your response is sent via email to customer and is immediately visible on the Foodbomb platform for al venues to see.
