Orders on Foodbomb
When a venue places an order on Foodbomb this is send directly to you via email. For more information on Receiving a Foodbomb Order click this link.
What's inside a Foodbomb order?
- The email sent to you contains a link to the order on your Foodbomb account. You will then find these documents on the top right hand corner of the order.
- The email also contains a copy of each document for any multi staff teams who do not have direct access to your Foodbomb account.
Purchase Order
- Outline customers requested items and delivery date- To be keyed into your ordering system
- Outline gross and net charges
- Used for reconciliation purposes
- Are not intended to be received by customers
Delivery Slip
- To be used as accompanying slip with any order sent to a Customer
- Outline the original order placed by a customer (excludes any weight adjustments)
- Outline customers estimated total (excludes any weight adjustments)
- Can be used as a packing slip for your internal warehousing and processing
Delivery Instructions
- Details to be keyed into you ordering system
- Outlines key Venue details
- Venue contact numbers
- Venue attendance hours
- Any after hours detail such as lock box and alarm codes
