What if I want to 'zero' a product on an Order?
Suppliers have to ability to 'zero' or remove a product when processing a Foodbomb order.
If you want to zero out an item, click on the red bin icon (don't worry - this does not remove or delete the item!) which then provides you with a dropdown list of options to select. You can then select from a pre-defined list of reasons.
If your reason is not included or would like to offer the venue more information, select ‘other’ and type your own.
Once you process the order, all 'product not supplied’ reasons will be communicated back to the venue. This will offer more transparency and allow for better communication between suppliers and venues, providing an all round better Foodbomb experience!

How to Zero an item
- Login to your Foodbomb account and click the 'Orders' tab
- Select the order you need to process
- Use your internal invoice to compare what was ordered against what was sent
- Click the red bin icon to remove the product
- Select the reason or enter your own by clicking 'Other'
- Your reason is now provided next to the zero'd item and will be communicated back to Venue once you click process
