Once an order has been placed on Foodbomb you will receive an email called 'Order Confirmation' which includes your Supplier's details and phone number.
From here you will be able to contact the Supplier for any adjustments or additions to your order. This includes any date amendments, special instructions, or the need to add items. Email is preferred for after hours and weekends as this ensures the packing team for that Supplier receives your email.
Please note a Supplier cannot process an amendment on the morning of due delivery.
