- If you have been issued a credit it is valid for up to 6 months by default. To use your credit simply enter the credit code on the check-out page. A credit coupon is available to use on any supplier at all. Please note credit cannot be used with any other coupon code.
- If you are issued a refund this will be processed immediately by the Foodbomb Team. Refunds are processed as a direct refund to your credit card or Zip account. Please allow up to 2 business days for your refund to appear in your Zip or bank account.
- When a credit or refund has been issued you will receive an email confirmation from the Foodbomb Support Team with key details. To see a full list of your current credit coupons you can head to your Home page where you will see the 'My Coupon' section.
