Product Updates
We encourage all Suppliers to proactively manage their inventory, update out-of-stock items, price updates, etc to ensure correct items and prices are displayed on Foodbomb. When altering products and prices on Foodbomb the adjustments are made immediately on the website for customers to see. Note this does not affect any orders that have already been placed by the venue.

How to conduct a bulk product audit
- Head to the 'Products' tab on the Supplier portal
- Choose edit Products Via CSV & click Download Products
- Save CSV file to your desktop then open
- Click on column B and Insert new column
- Repeat this on this column twice, creating 2 new columns
- Open the price file that you have exported from your accounting system
- In column B use a VLOOKUP formula to check the product SKU/ID codes that are in Foodbomb against your system
- Anything that results in N/A tells you that this product needs to be deactivated on Foodbomb (Column O Enabled (Y/N). Make sure these products are marked N
- Now use a VLOOKUP formula again this time checking prices that are in Foodbomb against your system
- Now crosscheck prices from foodbomb (column H) against your system prices (column I) by using TRUE/FALSE
- Now you can filter column J to show you FALSE giving you the prices that need to be updated
- Adjust these prices then save the file and upload back into Foodbomb by hitting the ''Upload your products CSV' button.
Foodbomb recommends completing a data audit once a week at least to ensure all prices are up to date and available. Our Supplier Manage Glen will be able to assist. Please reach out to Glen via support@foodbomb.com.au should you need assistance with conducting data audits.
