All Foodomb Order documents contain Customers contact details such as name, contact phone number, email and address. On the occasion a Customer is not at the agreed address please call the customers number directly. It is then for the driver and the customer to decide if the items will be left in a safe location.
In the rare chance, a customer has not answered their phone and the driver is unsure about what to do it is best to call Foodbomb directly on 1300 309 055. From here our Team will try all other avenues for contact. If this doe snot work the Driver will return the stock to the warehouse and the customer will be notified to re-order at a later date.
