If a customer is not home or a restaurant/cafe is unattended and no one is there to accept the delivery please call the number located on the Foodbomb delivery slip or invoice. All Foodomb Order documents contain Customers' contact details such as name, contact phone number, email and address. On the occasion a Customer is not at the agreed address please call the customers number directly. It is then for the driver and the customer to decide if the items will be left in a safe location.
In the rare chance, a customer has not answered their phone and the driver is unsure about what to do it is best to call Foodbomb directly on 1300 309 055. From here our Team will try all other avenues for contact. If this does not work the Driver will return the stock to the warehouse and the customer will be notified to re-order at a later date.
To access the customer's contact details please follow the steps below-
Log in to your Foodbomb account and head to the Orders Tab
Hover over the order affected and you will see a 'view order' option.
This will take you into the customer's order. In this section, you will be able to see all key details as well as key contact information.
From here simply contact your customer.
