If you require specific delivery instructions you can add these to your order at checkout. These details get sent through to the Supplier and driver to ensure smooth delivery.
Fill up your cart and head to check-out.
Once on the check out page, scroll to the bottom. Here you will be able to add your delivery notes.
You have the option to save these comments for future orders with this Supplier.
You will need to checkout with this box checked to save the note. This note is applicable for one Supplier only. When checking out with multiple Suppliers make sure to re-add your note!
A note on specific delivery time requests- Whilst our Suppliers do their best to stick as close as possible to any times request in this section it does depend on the Supplier's trade for the day. If you require a specific delivery time it is best to reach out to your Foodobmb Rep or the Supplier directly to organise this.
