Canceling an order on Foodbomb
We get it, sometimes items go become out of stock last minute. It's important to let customers know as far ahead in advance as possible for any cancelations or changes to their order so they can make arrangements for service.
The best way to avoid a cancelation is to ensure your product file is updated regularly.
How to cancel an order on Foodbomb
- Login to your Foodbomb account and click the 'Orders' tab, then click on the order you wish to cancel.
- Click 'Cancel' at the bottom of the order and select a reason.
- This reason is sent directly to the venue via email to ensure they are aware of the cancellation.
- Canceling an order will successfully remove this order from your Foodbomb pending orders and will not show up in your weekly remittance.
- If you need to cancel an order please first consider sending out the order with a Substitute. Here at Foodbomb we encourage substitutions as we would prefer some stock to arrive to the venue than none at all. For any pricing differences re Subs please use our 'Add a Product' feature.
